Geffen Gourmet – Restaurant

Part kosher market, part parve kitchen — Geffen Gourmet on Mill Road works both sides of the counter at once. The kitchen turns out homemade falafel, daily dishes and lunch specials, while the shelves carry an unusually deep run of house-made dips, well past thirty varieties, alongside a broad kosher grocery selection. Breakfast through lunch, with a Middle Eastern accent running through most of it. The kind of place you walk into for one thing and leave carrying three.
