George & John - Relais & Châteaux – Restaurant
On the ground floor of the Drisco Hotel in Tel Aviv, George & John cooks contemporary Israeli food in a room that once served as the wine and spirits cellar of the historic Jerusalem Hotel. The kitchen works local and strictly seasonal, the menu turning as the produce does. The cellar itself carries around 250 bottles, Israeli and international. It is a Relais & Châteaux member and appeared on the 50 Best MENA list in 2023, and it takes its name from the hotel's founders of 1866. History underfoot, cooking that looks forward.
