What began as a Panama City food truck moved into a brick-and-mortar room on East 5th Street in 2025, and the menu came with it. Po' boys are the headline — blackened shrimp, grouper, crab — alongside fried seafood boxes and wings tossed in a signature sweet heat lemon pepper, with chef specials rotating through. Open Wednesday to Sunday, with the stated aim of making every meal memorable and representing the city with pride. Gulf coast frying, done with intent.
