Chef Niven Patel's Indian kitchen brings a farm-to-table instinct to Miami — local produce, serious spice work, and food built to be shared rather than admired. Patel opened the first Ghee in Downtown Dadeland in 2017; it took Eater Miami's Restaurant of the Year and has since held a Michelin Bib Gourmand, with a Wynwood room following after six years in the making. Co-founder Mohamed Alkassar was a James Beard semifinalist for Outstanding Restaurateur in 2023. The stated aim is simple: walk in and feel like you have walked into someone's home.
