A noodle bar that has been feeding central Israel for two decades, trading now as Go Asian after years as Go Noodles. The noodles are made fresh by hand each day, which is the whole point and most of the reason the format has lasted. Pad thai, curries and rice noodles under a rotating cast of toppings and sauces — fast-casual in execution, not in intent. Several branches carry kosher certification. Order at the counter, eat quickly, leave properly fed.
