Tokyo Sushi Bar is a kosher Japanese kitchen that works both sides of the counter - authentic plates alongside rolls invented in-house - and the Rishon LeZion branch sits on Lisansky. The menu runs from starters and bao buns through salads, soups and wok dishes to poke bowls, classic and fried sushi, sushi sandwiches, combination platters and catering trays, with a burger tucked in for the unconverted. It stays open all week until Shabbat comes in, then again once it goes out. Bar seat or table, your choice; either way the fish is the point.
