Chinese-American cooking in Tampa, done the way the format is supposed to be done. Wonton soup and shrimp egg rolls to open; General Tso's chicken, kung pao shrimp, Mongolian beef and bourbon chicken carrying the middle of the menu, with fried rice, chow mein and chop suey underneath. The weekday lunch specials are the value play, and the reason the room fills at noon. Delivery, takeout, or a table if you want one. Familiar, and entirely unapologetic about it.
