The North Dale Mabry flagship of a Tampa Vietnamese-French operation that opened in 2022 and has been adding stores since. Sandwiches are built to order on baguette: grilled pork, bulgogi beef, the classic cold-cut combination. Pho comes as a special combination with beef or in a lighter chicken version. Spring rolls and egg rolls open the meal. The drinks board is half the appeal — fruit teas, milk teas and boba, a matcha series, Vietnamese phin-drip coffee, frosties and yoshake. A case of French patisserie sits alongside it. Casual room, upscale finish, open from ten until nine, Monday through Saturday.
