GORKHALI KITCHEN – Restaurant

Nepalese cooking on Cross Creek Boulevard, and one of very few places in Tampa doing it — recognized with a Michelin Bib Gourmand for quality at a fair price. Momo are the entry point: steamed, pan-seared, or swimming in jhol broth, with a chili version tossed in a sauce that opens sweet and finishes genuinely hot. Past that, goat cooked until it slips off the bone, tandoori wings, jackfruit curry, paneer tikka and gobi manchurian for the vegetarian table. Servers will happily walk you through all of it. Worth the drive out to New Tampa.
