The building on Beck Avenue opened in 1928 as a grocery called Serve-You-Well; it now holds two bars, a Cajun-leaning Southern kitchen and live music four nights a week in Historic St. Andrews. Beignets and biscuit Benedicts anchor the Sunday brunch, and the drink list runs from a Smoked Pecan Old Fashioned to a Fire & Ice Margarita, backed by more than twenty-five craft taps. Seating spreads indoors and out; no reservations, first come first served. Guests talk about the welcome as much as the food. A neighborhood room with a long memory.
