Doors open at 6:30 and the griddle does not rest. Gun Club Cafe has been feeding West Palm Beach since 1983, a family breakfast-and-lunch room where the plates land heavier than you expected. Biscuits and gravy, hash brown casserole, flat iron steak and eggs, a shredded chicken fajita omelet, multigrain pancakes, French toast under strawberries and banana. Breakfast runs all day, every day. What diners repeat, over and over, is the ratio: enormous portions at prices that have not lost their minds, served by people who know your name by the second visit. Closed by mid-afternoon.
