The burger came first: three years of tinkering before Golden Burger opened its doors in 2020. The Mevaseret Zion branch, on Hahotzvim, works the same tight menu as the Jerusalem rooms — a 200-gram entrecote patty finished in the house golden aioli, a classic version with garlic-coriander aioli, crispy chicken fillet in a rice-puff crust with pickles and red onion, cornflake-crumbed chicken bites, wings in house sauce, and Redefine plant-based burgers. Kosher under the local rabbinate. Diners keep coming back for the sauce and the soft bun.
