Veal and turkey shawarma go into pita, laffa or a baguette with your choice of salads and spreads, or onto a plate with a hot side; the grill also turns out pargit, lamb kebab, chicken liver, chicken breast and spicy merguez. Chips come hot, and the side salads run from amba and green tahini to fried chilli and pickled cabbage. Kosher mehadrin under the local rabbinate. Generous, direct, no ceremony.
