The largest Hard Rock Cafe on earth, sitting at Universal CityWalk behind pillars that borrow shamelessly from the Roman Coliseum. The ground floor is where it starts: the bar, the crowd, and the densest collection of music memorabilia in the chain — Elvis's Viva Las Vegas suit, Buddy Holly's black glasses, hand-painted Beatles posters, the Les Paul Pete Townshend destroyed on stage in 1973. The kitchen leads with the Legendary Burger and works through salads, sandwiches and outsized desserts; breakfast runs early, before the parks fill. Enormous, loud, and unapologetic about both.
