HARPOON HARRY'S CRAB HOUSE-TAMPA – Restaurant

Downtown Tampa, a block from the convention centre and walking distance from Amalie Arena: two storeys of hand-carved wood, a bar built into a vintage Chevy truck, and accordion doors that fold open onto Franklin Street when the weather allows. Steamed snow crab pots and seafood risotto anchor the menu, with fish and chips, sushi and a shrimp Cobb for whoever at the table did not come for crab. The upstairs balcony is the seat to ask for. Built for crowds, and entirely comfortable with them.
