The Forest Hill Boulevard branch of Haus.mash runs the same eighties-diner playbook: Certified Angus patties smashed onto the flattop until the edges go lacy and crisp, cooked in beef tallow, stacked into French-recipe buns. The Chori Smash, the Rockin' Bacon and the Soulful Truffle anchor the board; pecorino-truffle fries and thick Italian-style milkshakes do the rest.
