HENRY'S – Restaurant

Seventeen-plus years on Jog Road in west Delray have earned Henry's a following that needs no convincing. The kitchen splits the difference between French and American: escargots and mussels to start, then rack of lamb, veal Milanese, chicken paillard, pork chops, fish and chips, or a proper chicken pot pie. Creme brulee closes it out. The room is polished without being stiff, with seating indoors and on the patio, and it works as well for an anniversary as for an ordinary Tuesday. Consistency is the whole pitch — and it lands.
