A modest storefront on 10th Street in Lake Park with a handful of seats inside and out, trading the teppanyaki floor show for a kitchen that simply cooks. Hibachi plates come off the flat-top to order, and the seafood is where regulars point newcomers, scallops and shrimp and salmon especially. Weekday lunch specials run from late morning into the afternoon. Diners keep returning for the seasoning and the size of the plates. Closed Sundays. No spectacle, plenty of food.
