הלל׳ס Hillel's – cafe

A cafe in Brukhin, in the western Shomron, opened by two friends in memory of a third. Hillel was killed in Lebanon in 1995 serving with Givati; nearly three decades later Yaron and Gabriel built the place they had always talked about and put his name over the door. It is kosher lemehadrin, runs a full menu rather than a roadside counter, and sends out catering platters alongside. In a region thin on options, that counts for a lot. A cafe with a reason to exist.
