A burger joint in Biddya, up in the Salfit hills, built on a single idea: a wide bench of burgers made to order, and not much else competing for attention. Shik Shak keeps the operation small and local, with a second outlet in Salfit town, and runs its trade largely through social media. No frills, no menu tourism. Just burgers, done the way the town wants them.
