The pizzeria in Revava's commercial centre opens at four in the afternoon and runs to half ten, closing Friday and reopening once Shabbat is out - the rhythm of the settlement it serves. There are tables outside, a children's menu, delivery and collection. Regulars are consistent about two things: the cheese goes on generously, and the service is quick and genuinely friendly. It is not the cheapest slice in the area and locals say so, but they also say it earns the price. A hilltop pizzeria that punches above its postcode.
