A Tallahassee fixture since 1978, the Hobbit American Grill runs three locations across town on one formula: wings, half-pound burgers and a wall of televisions. The burger list is long and cheerfully unserious — the Froto, the Dixie, the Zeus Greek burger, the Firecracker, a fried mushroom, bacon and Swiss.
