Holy Cow Ice Cream is a Broward County ice cream lounge built for lingering: games on hand, staff who talk to you, and a room laid out so nobody rushes a cone. Owners Efrem Knight and Thomas Brooks make it all fresh in house, ice cream and Italian ice both, in flavours like banana pudding, apple pie, carrot cake, 24 Karat, Blue Hawaiian, Tropical Breeze and Guava Madness. Hours run late through the week and later still on Fridays. A dessert stop that behaves like a night out.
