Holy Toast builds glatt kosher sandwiches to order: choose your cuts, choose your sauces, then watch the whole thing go into the press until the bread cracks. The board runs from a beef bacon toast with garlic aioli, Holy Sauce, tomato, pickle and onion to premium merguez laid the length of an eleven-inch sub, plus the Holy Nishnush and the Holy Truffle, all of it easily paired with Holy Fries.
