Hong Kong-style roast meats, carved to order — roast duck, pipa duck, soy sauce chicken, scallion chicken — served over rice or as a three-choice platter. That counter is the whole point. Around it sit Hong Kong noodle soups in wonton, roast duck and roast pig versions, chow fun, baked rice and lo mein, plus a full drinks board of boba milk tea, lemon tea, popping-boba slushes and Taiwanese shaved ice. It is a compact, fast-moving takeout operation rather than a dining destination. Come for the duck; leave with a milk tea.
