The board is built around buns and burgers, with fried chicken sandwiches, a run of deep-fried sides, salads and a set of sauces mixed in the kitchen rather than squeezed from a packet. Something sweet and something cold close it out. The kitchen runs past midnight most nights and later still on Friday, which tells you exactly who this is for. Late, loud, unfussy.
