Palmetto Bay was Huey Magoo's first restaurant in Miami-Dade, and it brought the chain's one-cut philosophy with it. Only tenderloin - hand-breaded and fried to order, or marinated 24 hours and grilled - served as tender meals, Tender Bites, sandwiches, wraps and salads. Fresh-cut chips, crinkle fries and handcrafted coleslaw fill the tray; southern sweet tea and lemonades handle the rest. The handcrafted Magoo's sauce is what regulars name first, with Spicy Magoo's close behind. Diners consistently report juicy, well-seasoned chicken and quick service. Focused food, no filler.
