Colonial runs the same playbook: butter, butter cheese, garlic herb, Cajun, onion, ranch, sesame or Asiago, brushed on at no extra charge. Original round, deep dish, thin and gluten-free bases share the ovens with calzone-style subs, Howie Bread, bone-in and boneless wings, tenders, salads and baked pasta. Cookies and brookies close it out. A carryout-and-delivery shop, quick and unfussy. The edge is the whole point.
