Chef Myecheia McClendon cooks soul food out of a truck in west Orlando, and the whole operation is built around the jumbo seafood baked potato. Around it sits a properly Southern list, all handmade to order. Steak and cheese egg rolls. Buffalo chicken fries, loaded fries. Jumbo shrimp, pork chops, collard greens, fried grits. The Crabby Patty stacks fried softshell crab with crabby coleslaw and a side of fries. Seafood mac and cheese turns up as well. The truck keeps a regular pitch on Bruton Boulevard, serving from midday until eight in the evening, and takes catering bookings. Come hungry.
