A small pink-and-white cafe in its own building beside the Marriott resort on Hutchinson Island, kitted out in rattan and built for mornings. Bagels arrive daily from Ess-A-Bagel in New York, which is not what you expect on a Florida barrier island; the bacon, egg and cheddar on an everything bagel is the order to beat. Coffee is La Colombe. There's a grab-and-go case for people heading to the beach and a handful of seats for people who aren't. Open from seven, done by early afternoon. Resort-adjacent, but it reads local.
