IMBING LOUNGE – Restaurant

Open at seven and running to seven, the IMBing Lounge on Concorde Lane works as coffee bar, bakery and kitchen in one room. Sourdough is baked in house - original, rosemary, jalapeno and cream cheese, cinnamon raisin, and a gluten-free loaf - and it anchors most of what comes out: a lox sandwich with smoked salmon and cream cheese, caprese built on house-made mozzarella, a chicken kale salad, chicken or pork katsu, and a slow-cooked chili. Coffee runs from breakfast blend through single origin to espresso, with wine and beer later in the day. Palm Coast's all-day room.
