INTI SANDWICH – Restaurant

It started as a sandwich counter on North Military Trail and grew into one of the few kitchens in West Palm Beach cooking Peru properly. The dining room is small, so reservations help, but the ambition is not: ceviche cut to order, arroz con mariscos, lomo saltado built on prime filet with onion and tomato, trilogia de causas, salchipapas meant for sharing. A complimentary aguadito arrives early and sets the tone. Diners return for the freshness of the fish and the warmth of the room, and the ceviche is the dish they tell friends about. Small space, serious cooking.
