The world's first combined IPPUDO and MAiSEN outlet, opened in 2025 on the third floor of The Gardens Mall: two Japanese specialists sharing one room. From IPPUDO comes Hakata tonkotsu ramen, the original Shiromaru and the richer Akamaru on ultra-thin straight noodles, with Karaka-men when you want heat. From MAiSEN comes tonkatsu fried to order and served as a set, rice, miso soup and shredded cabbage refilled as often as you like. Diners keep noting the noodle texture and the quality of the pork cutlet. One counter, two institutions. Order from both.
