JERSEY BROTHERS PIZZA – Restaurant

Dough mixed every morning and rested overnight - that is the claim Jersey Brothers builds its thin crust on, out of Ranch Lake Plaza on State Road 70. The pizza is New York-style and hand-tossed, the sauce kept plain with tomatoes, salt and oregano, the cheese shredded in house rather than poured from a bag. Beyond the pies: cheesesteaks and chicken sandwiches cut from meat sliced to order, Italian dinners including a meat lasagna, and salads on the all-day menu. Nothing fancy, everything from scratch.
