A Front Beach Road kitchen running Chinese and Japanese menus in parallel, and running both at volume. The Chinese side covers lo mein, chow mein, mei fun, fried rice, soups and a long chef's recommendation list, plus fifty-odd dinner combinations. The Japanese side brings sashimi à la carte, tempura, teriyaki, hibachi and more than eighty rolls across the traditional and special lists. Diners repeatedly praise the pork egg rolls, the fragrant rice and the balance of the sauces, and note that delivery turns up when it says it will. Clean room, fair prices, no drama.
