Ke'e Grill opens at five and fills fast — a Juno Beach fixture on US Highway 1 where the fish is simply handled and the garlic bread comes with dinner. Starters run to shrimp cocktail and Cajun spring rolls; mains lean coastal, with bronzed Chilean sea bass, dijon chargrilled salmon and a maple mustard version, plus filet mignon and USDA prime strip for the steak side of the table. Regulars talk about two things above all: that garlic bread, and how reliably the kitchen turns out a clean piece of fish. Early, easy, consistently good.
