Two decades on North Military Trail have made Ke'e Grill Boca Raton's dependable seafood room - tables spaced far enough apart to hear each other, music kept where it belongs, service that knows the job. Fish is the point: the sweet-potato-crusted grouper is the dish people order and reorder, and the cioppino arrives in a broth worth a spoon of its own. Snapper almondine, grilled steaks, warm garlic bread and desserts made in house fill in around them. Prix-fixe and seasonal menus keep the value honest. Dinner only, and worth booking.
