The Gulfport Boulevard Keke's is a seven-to-two-thirty operation, and it uses those hours hard. The South Pasadena cafe cooks to order across a long breakfast list: Florida Pancakes under strawberries, blueberries and banana, a Florida Waffle stacked the same way, five stuffed French toasts, and omelets from Western to Southwest. Scrambler and sunshine bowls handle the lighter appetite; paninis, wraps and salads carry the lunch end. The chain started in Orlando in 2006 and has kept the formula intact since. What diners note is how little varies between visits. Arrive early, leave full.
