Everything is made up the road at the original Key Largo kitchen: hand-crafted truffles with a snapping shell and soft ganache, salted caramels, chocolate-dipped pretzels, key lime macaroons. Around twenty ice cream flavours rotate through the freezer — double fudge brownie, butter pecan, pistachio, ube — and key lime pie on a stick is the souvenir people actually eat.
