KIN Cafe & Restaurant – vegetarian_restaurant

Kin feeds Fitzrovia plant-based food from Foley Street, open noon until half ten every day of the week. This is vegetarian cooking built on technique rather than substitution: truffle arancini, ponzu-roasted cabbage, coco gyoza, broad bean croquettes, sticky cashew tofu, a green pea tarte. Small plates, meant for sharing, seasoned hard enough to convert sceptics who arrived under duress. A cafe side handles the daytime; the restaurant takes the evening. Minutes from Oxford Circus and considerably calmer than anything nearer it.
