Kitchen Bistro sits inside the Kompose Hotel on NW 25th Street, just off Miami's airport corridor — a chef-driven dining room under Patrik Pettersson trading in contemporary French-American cooking, scratch-made plates and a wine list with some thought behind it. Upstairs there is a rooftop bar with the skyline laid out behind the cocktails. Dinner only, five till ten, seven nights a week.
