A Haitian kitchen on North State Street in Bunnell, cooking from family recipes and open only Wednesday through Saturday, with Friday and Saturday running to eleven. The plates are the real canon: creole griot, fried pork with rice, beans, plantain and sharp pikliz; legume, slow-cooked vegetables and meat over rice with black bean sauce; pwason gwo sel, fish boiled in salt and served with plantain; fried fish handled the same way. Pickup and delivery run alongside the room. Small operation, short week, and a menu that waters nothing down for anybody.
