La Marina makes its case with a bowl of ceviche. The kitchen on NE 62nd Street works in the Peruvian idiom, curing seafood in citrus and letting it stay bright rather than blunt. The pulpo ceviche gets its own preparation and comes out unusually tender; La Santa Marina piles octopus, shrimp, squid, crab, scallops and fish into one bowl for the undecided. A shrimp cocktail rounds out the raw side. It is a neighbourhood seafood spot rather than a scene, with catering and Miami-Dade delivery for anyone who cannot get there.
