La Ruta Latina on Davie Boulevard runs tacos al pastor, birria and pork belly beside Cuban and Colombian empanadas, then swings into a Cuban lunch board of ropa vieja, lechon asado, carne con papas and costillas de cerdo guisadas. Chef plates cover bistec empanizado, palomilla and churrasco; the burger list arrives Mexicana, Colombiana, Argentina and picanha; even the hot dogs get three nationalities. Open daily from mid-morning to nine, with takeout and delivery. A Latin American road trip run out of a single Fort Lauderdale storefront.
