La Antioqueñita opens at seven on State Road 7 and pours café con leche and fresh-squeezed orange juice to a steady Colombian breakfast crowd — calentado, arepas, steak with fried eggs — while the case fills with empanadas and sweet pastries. Lunch brings platters of chicken with rice and plantains, plus made-to-order sandwiches including a proper Cuban. Regulars describe it as homey and genuinely inexpensive, the sort of counter you end up at twice a week. Closed Sundays, done by four. Get there early.
