An Argentine kitchen in Downtown Dadeland that has built its reputation on one thing done many ways: the milanesa. The breaded cutlet arrives in something like eighteen variations - beef, chicken, pork or fish, each dressed differently - and the rest of the menu keeps pace with empanadas, beef carpaccio, skirt steak, calamari, mussels by the pound, plus risottos and pastas that nod to the country's Italian half. The room is homey rather than showy, with trivia nights and a full bar. Diners keep returning for the cooking and for staff who look after them properly.
