Inside the old Sacred Heart Hospital building in East Hill, Lamonte Gelato turns out small-batch Italian gelato made entirely from scratch — no pre-mixes, no artificial flavorings, no dyes or fillers. Alex and Ashley Lamonte built the shop after travels in Italy, and the discipline shows: flavors churned on site daily, dairy-free options in the case, and a Lavazza espresso bar running alongside.
