A small evening-only pizzeria on Gregory Square in Pensacola, doing naturally leavened Pizza Napoletana in a wood-fired brick oven - dough from three ingredients only, Italian flour, spring water and Sicilian sea salt, then baked hard and slightly charred. Reds run from a bare Marinara through the Queen Margot and a burrata pie; whites include the Filetto, White Gold and a prosciutto-laden Parma, and there is a pesto pizza for the green column.
