Wood-fired pizza on North Ninth Avenue, out of a brick oven that does the heavy lifting: blistered crust, restrained sauce, toppings that don't crowd each other. The Bianca Royale and the Abbondanza, with artichokes, capers and jalapenos, are the ones regulars name, and the calzone, Tuscan meatballs, eggplant parmesan and mozzarella en carrozza round it out.
