LAS VEGAS CUBAN CUISINE – Restaurant

Cuban food experts since 1984, and the sign is not overselling it. What began as one Hollywood dining room opened by the Vilarino family after they left Cuba in the Mariel boatlift now runs nine locations across South Florida on the same formula: big plates, quick service, no pretension. The kitchen turns out masas de cerdo, churrasco, picadillo and chicharrones de pollo, plus zarzuela de mariscos for the table and stuffed potatoes and empanadas to open. Pan con lechon and the medianoche cover the counter crowd. Open late on weekends, packed most nights.
